Sam Mills is a legend in the game of football and most importantly in the Panthers organization. Now, everyone will know his contributions as he’s been elected to the pro football hall of fame.

Sam Mills was a former linebacker and assistant coach with the Panthers. I remember growing up, my grandfather was an Atlanta Braves fan and eventually a fan of the Carolina Panthers. One of his dreams was to attend a Panthers football game. Sam Mills was a name I remember all too clear. My grandfather and my uncles used to talk about how great of a player he was and how he would be in the hall of fame one day. Well, that day is now here and it is well deserved.
