Dr. Oz was appointed by former President Trump to serve on the President's Council on sports, fitness, and nutrition. He was appointed to serve two terms by the former President. Dr. Oz made it clear that he opposed President Biden's handling of Covid.
Apparently he feels as though his opposition may have been the reasoning behind the request for his resignation, however, Dr. Oz says he is not resigning.
He made a video explaining why he is refusing to resign and more.
