There was a hearing today in regards to the Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez case. He was remanded to custody today.
The judge heard about an hour of arguments. The case was about possible posts that could be perceived as social threats or comments directed towards Megan Thee Stallion.
Judge David Herriford heard nearly an hour of argument about Lanez's tweets and said some "seem to be clear messages" to Megan. He added new condition to Lanez's release that he's "not to mention the complaining witness in this case in any social media." Trial date set for 9/14.

Wow! This story is getting wild! What are your thoughts? This comes on the heels of the felony assault case against Tory Lanez. He is accused of shooting Megan after an argument in an SUV. There have been a lot of rumors surrounding the story of this incident. A lot of them are very different, either way, Tory is the one that stands accused. I’m sure he will post this bail fairly quickly. I’m not sure which tweets were brought up in this hearing, but Tory wanted to go to trial because he wanted his side of the story to be told. We will most definitely hear that story in the fall. The trial starts on September 14th.
