Airlines lift mask mandates

IN FLIGHT – OCTOBER 27: A masked passenger is seen seated on a flight from San Francisco, California to Newark, New Jersey on October 27, 2020. Although virus dissemination on flights is low when people are able to be socially distant, the extremely hard hit airline industry is having to consolidate flights, furthering complicating the dilemma. This could be a sign that we are hitting the bend on covid. There are a few airlines that have dropped mask mandates during flights.

This has been dropped for employees and customers alike. Some customers were aggravated with the mask mandates especially on long flights. I do understand that is for the safety of employees and customers, but some didn't like it. I did hear of instances where masks were required for really small children. That is extremely hard to do. We can't get high school students to keep masks on, so it would be seemingly difficult for a small child to do so.

Delta Airlines is not the only airline to remove the mandate. United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, JetBlue, American Airlines, Southwest, and Frontier have all joined the club and dropped mask mandates as well. This pretty much covers all the major airlines. How do you feel about traveling without masks?
