DaBaby Cleared in North Carolina Property Shooting

DaBaby has been cleared of all charges in relation to the shooting on his North Carolina estate. In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the Iredell County D.A. says it reviewed the case and has made the decision not to proceed with any charges.

We previously reported back in April that a man scaled the walls of the rapper's estate and was eventually shot in the leg by the rapper after they exchanged some words.

The phone call audio obtained by TMZ states that the "Suge" rapper was standing next to the trespasser as his wailing is heard distinctively on the call. The dispatcher asks DaBaby several questions about the man's condition after the rapper reportedly shot him in the leg. "Do you not hear this man, bro?" he said. The rapper says the trespasser clearly knew it was his property because he mentioned him by name.

The trespasser was later taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
