Young Thug and Gunna were arrested on RICO charges yesterday in Fulton County, Georgia. Young Thug was charged with conspiracy to violate the racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations act (RICO) and participation in criminal street gang activity. He is accused of renting a car that was used in the 2015 murder of a rival gang member. Gunna was reportedly charged with one count of conspiring to violate RICO. Prosecutors also claim 2 YSL associates worked to get permission from Young Thug to murder YFN Lucci, who is also locked up in Fulton County.
