The bible covers just about everything that happens in the world and tells you how to handle any and every situation you've been in. It also tells you how to handle children who get out of line. the Bible says to spare the rod that spoils the child but some parents don't do that with their child so that's when the village comes in to keep that child in check. If as a parent you don't like that someone else may discipline your child then you need to take care of that at home before letting your child go out and be around other people.
