Things were a little different this year due to the fact that this is the first time we've had the broadcast in 2 years because of the pandemic. One thing that remained the same was the fact that everyone there still appreciated the good deeds that are being done there for the center. I was only there on Thursday because I had a show out of town but while I was there the smiles that were on peoples faces just seeing us there is the reason why we continue to raise money for the Center of Hope women and children shelter.
Everyone has their own opinion about why money is being raised some like it some don't but as long as I continue to work at power 98 I will continue to be a part of this wonderful occasion.
