I am always searching for cost effective things to do with children. I can promise spending $1.50 to take my son to the movies in Charlotte is the way to go.

Regal Cinemas has a program this summer called the Summer Movie Express. This program shows children’s movies certain days of the week at an extremely discounted price. Children are $1.50 and adults are $2.  There are even snack bundles for a great cost.

This week the Summer Express movie is Sonic The Hedgehog. This is awesome! I will be sure to. take my children to the movies. I’m sure even my 15 year old will enjoy this.

Here are the participating Charlotte locations.  Keep in mind this could be subject to change.

  • Regal Starlight, 11240 US Hwy 29, Charlotte
  • Regal Stonecrest at Piper Glen, 7824 Rea Road, Charlotte
  • Regal Franklin Square, 3778 East Franklin Blvd, Gastonia
