Dishin With Debbie once again presents a yummy way to enjoy Mrs. T’s Pierogies. The soft pillowy potato and cheese filled pasta pockets are a perfect vehicle for a quesadilla. This recipe couldn’t be easier. Simply saute the pierogies, top with cheese and another pierogy! Serve as you would quesadillas, with salsa and sour cream.
