How Many Nannies Do Beyonce & Jay Z Have?

We all know Jay -Z & Beyoncé are very busy.  They have a music empire, fashion empire, numerous businesses, their philanthropy work, and we can’t forget their family.  So it should come as no surprise that the Carters have a nanny to help with their 3 children, Rumi, Sir (5), and Blue Ivy (10).  But how many nannies do they have?  Word is the couple has eight nannies that work 8 hour shifts and make $100,000 a year.  Oh, and they must all speak French fluently.  It is being reported that six nannies were added after the birth of the twins adding to the two that Blue Ivy already had.  There is also a rumor that Beyonce wrote a manual for each of the nannies that they must follow.
