A man was arrested for eating chips that were stolen from a store. The man did not steal the chips but another man did. The man who stole the chips dropped the chips in the parking lot when another man came along and ate them. The police arrived to find the man standing in the parking lot eating the chips and arrested the man even though he did not steal the chips. Police said the man should have returned the chips to the store. The man was arrested and charged with eating both bags of chips.
