What is better than watching The Little Mermaid on television? I can tell you. Getting the opportunity to interact with one would be top tier.

I remember when I was a little girl, my mom took me to Disney World and I never forget that she let me dress up like Ariel and take pictures. I still have those pictures to this day. For a young black girl, that was such an amazing moment and I really appreciate my Mom for making that happen. I recently visited Disney for the Disney Dreamers Academy and got the chance to meet Halle Bailey. If you don't know, she landed the role of Ariel. She talked about the experience and basically how life changing it was.

If your daughter is one that loves mermaids, then Sea Life Charlotte is giving an opportunity for a lot of young girls to get that same feeling I got as Ariel. You can interact with mermaids every weekend from April 8th - May 28th. According to South Charlotte News there is a new attraction called Doodle Reef. There will be some type of coloring station there as well to enhance your experience.
