As an artist, inking the perfect deal is always a major goal. Brent Faiyaz did just that after he inked a deal worth an estimated $50 million dollars.

Brent Faiyaz is on fire and he knows it. A lot of times you have situations where an artist could be involved in somewhat of a bidding war with labels. Multiple labels want to sign the artist and will offer whatever they can to get the artist they want. Despite multiple labels wanting Faiyaz, he decided to keep control and signed a deal with United Masters.

It's extremely important for artists to keep their masters and all of their royalties. When you sign a label deal, you lose a lot of that. Honestly, you could lose most and sometimes all of that. It just depends on how badly you want the fame. Faiyaz's deal with United Masters seems to be multi-faceted. According to Hip Hop DX, under this deal, Brent Faiyaz will also start a creative agency. On top of that, he owns his masters and makes crazy money.  Congrats to Brent Faiyaz.
