A man was killed on a subway train in New York City. The man was a well-known homeless man who often took the train. The man who was killed was on the train like many other passengers but was being loud. The other passengers were not really paying him any attention. One passenger was. The passenger was an ex marine. The marine was tired of the man threatening other people and being loud. The marine decided to take matters into his own hands. He grabbed the man and decided to put the man in a chokehold on the floor of the train. He held the man in the chokehold for fifteen minutes. The man died in his arms. The marine is now being charged with murder as he should. He says he innocent.
