Charlotte Hornets Welcome New Vice President To The Team
The Charlotte Hornets have announced a new executive to their team. Jeff Pearson has been announced as the new Vice President of Basketball Operations.
Jeff comes from the Brooklyn Nets. Pearson was the assistant general manager with the Nets. I am a sports lover, however, I could do better in knowing more about operational day to day with sports. After reading more about Mr. Pearson it is clear that he has not allowed time and location to be his worst enemy but rather his friend. In any field, a lot of us see executives that earn positions and have put in countless years with their respective companies to get to their position. Mr. Pearson is only 35 years old, but comes with over a decade of operational experience in the NBA. That is impressive. According to the Hornets, at the age of 27 he held an executive position with the Hawks as not only the Director of Scouting, but also the Assistant General Manager.
Charlotte Hornets Co-Chairmen Rick Schnall and Gabe Plotkin announced today the team has hired Jeff Peterson as its Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations.
