According to E! News, documents have been obtained showing the rapper, who turns 47 in a few days, is being sued for a number of complaints. The documents include wrongful termination, sexual harassment—quid pro quo and hostile environment—unlawful retaliation, unpaid wages, and gender discrimination.

Pisciotta worked for West for almost two years, starting in July 2021. During this time, she apparently made around $1 million per year through social media and an OnlyFans account. She alleges in her suit that the "All Falls Down" rapper approved of the OnlyFans account. The following year, she claims the controversial rapper asked that she would become "God-like" by deleting her OnlyFans account. According to her suit, he promised to pay her out the $1 million for the earnings she would have made if she had continued using OnlyFans. She apparently did exactly that, but West allegedly never paid her the money he promised.

The Alleged Vile Texts

What caught the eye of many was the leaked court document's alleged texts that West sent her. Pisciotta claims he sent a multitude of inappropriate and graphically sexual messages and videos while she worked for him. Some of the texts describe his sexual fantasies, sexual encounters with an unnamed model, and other messages that "suggested or insinuated that Plaintiff [Pisciotta] wanted to have sex with Defendant [West] and actually had sexual intercourse with Defendant, when in fact she did not want to and never indeed did do."

He allegedly sent the following to Pisciotta: "Is my d--- racist? It is. This f---ing racist d of mine. I going to beat this f---ing racist d--- for being f---ing racist. I'm going to stare at pictures of white woman with black a--es and beat the s--- out of my racist d--- … Beating the s--- out of his big black c---."

Reacting to what Kanye allegedly texted his ex-assistant on X (formerly Twitter), one person theorized, "So Kanye’s dating strategy is employing women who look like Kim and seeing which one will accept his sexual advances." Another person wrote, "Kanye please hop back on the meds fam [praying hands emoji]." A third added, "I may not have believed it, until I read what the text says."
