The “hottie bootcamp.” consists mainly of twerking, but promises a “hot girl body,” as a result. In true Megan fashion, the video shows off her signature twerking skills with a full-body workout routine.

The video itself was a blast from the past, showcasing the look of a classic commercial ad from the early 2000s. It featured eye-catching graphics and even a hotline number where fans could “theoretically” snag Megan Thee Stallion’s ultimate twerk workout plan. This playful nod to retro marketing showcases Megan’s unique style and sense of humor. In addition, it matches her current “throwback” theme of marketing. In fact, one of her singles “BOA” came with a quirky, video game-inspired music video.
Megan Thee Stallion has gone through quite a transformation. The proof is in the clips of her workouts she posts on social media. On her social media, you can catch her delivering fast-talking, hilarious voice-over about powering through “booty-burning” donkey kicks by renaming them “stallion kicks” and declaring thigh work with resistance bands worth it because “my thighs look good as f—!” The rapper quickly gained the nicknames Thee Hot Girl Coach and Mother Fitness.
In February, the rapper partnered with Nike for a footwear collaboration, Hot Girl Systems. The apparel collection features Megan Thee Stallion’s signature Hottie flames, reflective-design material, and Y2K-inspired graphics. It includes vibrant Nike Pro shorts, sports bras, a bodysuit, a onesie, a bomber jacket with removable straps and sleeves, and essential cropped tees with sizes ranging from XS to 4X.
With this campaign, fans were able to join the artist for two workouts, which include Hottie Lower Body and Hottie Core on the NTC App, in addition to existing Megan Thee Stallion NTC workouts. The workouts focused on lower body strength, targeting the glutes, lower body, and core.
She even partnered with Planet Fitness. In March, they announced its second drop of limited-edition, co-branded merch. Planet Fitness initially launched its partnership with the artist in December 2023 which included a 360-campaign of ad spots, social content, in-app Planet Fitness workouts inspired by Megan, unique “Ahhfirmations” and social AR filters, as well as a musical performance on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.”
In a talk with Women’s Health, she said that after being in a “dark place,” she began to prioritize her mental and physical health over everything else. “Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else,” she said. “I used working out to escape and to get happy.”
