Speaking of coffee, a new study has revealed just how much coffee can help you in lowering health risks. The study from the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism suggests that people who drink coffee daily have better heart health than those who don’t drink the beverage. According to the study’s research, two or three cups daily is the preferred amount when it comes to lowering the risks of cardiometabolic disease which occurs when someone is diagnosed with at least two of three of these diseases: Type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease or stroke. A recent survey by the National Coffee Association found that 67% of Americans drink coffee daily.
