The HOMES Program Is Helping Mecklenburg Residents With Their Mortgage Payment
Are you a home owner in Mecklenburg county that could use some assistance with your monthly mortgage payment? Well the HOMES Program is here to help!
The HOMES Program provides economic assistance for low to moderate income residents to help reduce the cost of annual homeownership. If you are a Mecklenburg County homeowner that has lived in your home for at least the last three years, the home is currently your primary residence, you haven’t had more than one delinquent tax bill in the last three years, and you meet the income limits, you might be eligible. The deadline to apply is November 22, 2024.
