Krispy Kreme is celebrating the 40th anniversary ‘Ghostbusters’ with donuts paying homage to Slimer and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from the 1984 movie.
For a limited time, customers can get a custom ‘Ghostbusters’ box, which will include a Ghostbusters Cookies N Creme Donut made with Oreo, which features an Original Glazed donut dipped in chocolate icing, topped with Oreo cookie pieces, a dollop of Oreo buttercream, and a "No Ghost" logo candy.
The Slimer donut is a donut filled with lemon-flavored green filling, dipped in purple icing, and topped with green icing "slime" and a Slimer candy, the Ecto donut which is an original glazed donut dipped in orange-colored icing and neon sprinkles, and the Stay Puft Marshmallow donut which is a Pull-Apart Original Glazed Donut Dots with powdered topping, topped with marshmallow-flavored buttercream and a Stay Puft Marshmallow Man candy.
Krispy Kreme will also give away a free glazed doughnut to all customers wearing a costume on October 31st.
