The Simon & Garfunkel Story is a multimedia concert experience that traces the legendary duo's rise from their early days as Tom & Jerry to their iconic status in folk-rock history. The show, featuring state-of-the-art projections, archival footage, and a full live band, brings classics such as "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and "Mrs. Robinson" to life.

Charlotte Tattoo Arts Festival

The Charlotte Tattoo Arts Festival will showcase top tattoo artists and special guests from "Ink Master" and VH1, such as James Vaughn, Andy Pho, and Trocon Talhouk. Entertainment highlights include Robert Mukes ("House of 1000 Corpses"), "America's Got Talent" stars Captain and Maybelle, and contortionist Camille Zamboni. With live performances and tattooing from renowned artists, the festival offers a unique experience for body art enthusiasts.

Medal Madness 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, and Half Marathon

  • Cost: 1M $25, 5-kilometer $30, 10K $45, 15K $50, and Half Marathon $65

Medal Madness offers multiple race distances at Clark's Creek Greenway in Charlotte. You must register in advance through RunSignup as there is no on-site registration. The race kicks off at Mallard Creek Playground, and every participant will receive a themed medal upon finishing. Costumes are welcome, and a prize will be awarded for the best one. This event also earns points toward the U.S. Road Running Race Series.
