Charlotte Premium Outlets in Steele Creek will gain four stores through mid-2026. Ulta Beauty leads the pack. Simon, who owns the property, revealed Tuesday that Buckle opens Feb. 9. Offline by Aerie and Portland Leather Goods follow April 1. Ulta Beauty arrives July 1.

These additions will join about 105 existing shops at the open-air center in southwest Charlotte. The outlet opened back in 2015 at 5428 New Fashion Way.

Ulta Beauty sets up shop across from Adidas Outlet. Customers can get their hair styled, brows shaped, and makeup applied at the in-store salon. Ear-piercing services are available too. The company stocks over 30,000 items from 600 different beauty makers.

Buckle positions itself near Columbia and Old Navy. Men, women, and kids can find current clothing styles there.

Portland Leather Goods plants its flag next to Tommy Hilfiger. The brand builds leather pieces meant to last generations, with clean and simple designs. This marks their first Carolina location and just their second in the entire Southeast.

Charlotte gets its only standalone Offline by Aerie here. The workout wear company sells clothes that work at the gym, running errands, or just hanging out.

Allen Edmonds, Hey Dude, and Pandora all opened last year at the outlet. Shake Shack started serving burgers in July.

Simon runs SouthPark Mall at 4400 Sharon Road, which houses roughly 170 shops. They also operate Concord Mills at 8111 Concord Mills Blvd. in Concord, where 190 stores do business.

SouthPark plans to bring in watchmakers IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Panerai. Tilebar, which sells tiles and bathroom fixtures, is coming. So is Suitsupply, a European clothier. The mall's website doesn't say when these will open.

Latte Factory and Miss A, a beauty shop, will appear at Concord Mills. The mall's website gives no dates for when they'll open.
