The NFL squad mailed renewal notices to Permanent Seat License Owners Tuesday morning. Fans must act by May 1.
Season tickets now begin at $590. Last season they cost $510. That price leaves out the personal seat license fee. Premium season tickets — club seats and suites — will climb according to what each contract says.
This represents the team's steepest blended average price jump in several years. Last season brought a 6% hike. Prices climbed 4% in 2024 and 5.8% in 2023. Non-premium seat costs stayed flat in 2022.
The squad sits among the cheaper options across the NFL, a team spokesperson said. They placed 26th in average non-premium ticket cost last season and should land at 23rd when the coming season arrives. Upper deck seats have crept up just 2.7% across the past five years.
The team claimed the NFC South last year. They hosted a playoff match for the first time in almost ten years. The squad distributed an average of 72,417 tickets per home contest in 2025, ESPN reported. That figure puts them fifth league-wide.
A team spokesperson pointed out that 75% of NFL squads hiked their ticket costs for 2026. The Panthers will host nine home regular-season contests and one home preseason match this season.
Tepper Sports & Entertainment is working through a $1 billion-plus stadium makeover that will start fan-facing construction by 2027. The work should wrap by 2030. Plans call for new seats in the upper and lower bowls, better stadium safety and security measures, and outside improvements with new LED boards added.
Charlotte City Council gave the renovation plan the green light in June 2024. The blueprint requested $650 million from public coffers. Tepper Sports and Entertainment pledged hundreds of millions more. The agreement locks the two David Tepper-owned squads in Charlotte for as many as 20 years.
All PSL owners can choose a seven-month, interest-free payment setup if they sign up by April 1. Fans who want to pay everything at once have until May 1 to complete their renewals.
