Habitat for Humanity MLK Build

Power98 and the Morning Maddhouse are asking you to volunteer with them in partnership with Habitat for Humanity’s special MLK Build in the Beloved Community on Wednesday, January 14th.  On this special Beloved Community volunteer day, The Power 98 Morning Maddhouse will be broadcasting live and volunteering to help build a home that morning until 11am.  Power 98 is asking that a minimum of 15 of our listeners join them that day.  This Habitat for Humanity Build is a great way to commemorate Dr Martin Luther King’s vision rooted in love and equity for our community.  Log on to Power98fm.com for more details on how you can register to volunteer with us for our special Beloved Community Volunteer Day with Habitat for Humanity.  We look forward to seeing you there! Before you volunteer:

• Age: You must be at least 16 years old. For ages 16-17, a parent or guardian must sign the liability waiver and there 16 & 17 year old volunteers cannot use power tools, work at heights 6 feet & above.
• Waivers and paperwork: Ensure all volunteers have completed the Online Waiver.
