Remember that website "People of Walmart". While you typically were looking at pictures of customers, I feel like this story could have been featured as well. On March 17th a fight broke out at the Burlington Walmart on South Graham Hopedale Road.

The Walmart fight took place between a 34-year old employee and a 60-year-old employee. Police were called around 7:30 pm and found the 34-year-old injured after being cut with a bladed weapon repeatedly. The other party involved, the 60-year-old woman, Regina Fort, was arrested.

Fort was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. I've never been to this particular Walmart, but nothing I've seen in the retailer is worth killing over. What is wrong with people? The accused is currently being held in Alamance County Jail on $250,000 bond. There is no word on a motive or what the fight was actually about.

If you have any information about the case reach out to the Burlington Police Department at 336-229-3500. For anonymous methods, call Alamance County-Wide Crimestoppers at 336-229-7100.
