News Observer is serving up the list of new foods coming to the North Carolina State Fair this year. I am beyond ready because I honestly go for the food. I do enjoy a few rides here and there, but the whole purpose is the food. The fair is your chance to try all of the unhealthy, greasy, and tasty foods that the fair is serving up. This year there are nearly 40 different dishes making a debut at the fair. Can you believe that? 40! The North Carolina State Fair runs from October 13 to October 23. The culinary of the state fair is one of the biggest things known to be a big attraction for the fair.
