Usher is celebrating the 25th anniversary of “My Way” with something special for fans. The singer will release an expanded edition of the original album including 3 reimagined tracks on September 16th. In addition to that, Usher will drop a mini documentary to reflect on the 25 years of My Way.
Usher’s 2nd studio album, “My Way” dropped on September 16, 1997 and debuted at #15 on the Billboard 200 selling 66,000 in its 1st week. The album took the #1 spot on Top R&B/Hip-Hop album chart on January 10, 1998. It stayed in the #1 spot for 3 consecutive weeks and remained on the chart for a total of 75 weeks. “My Way” has been certified 6 times platinum and was #36 on “Complex” list of “The Best R&B Albums of the 90s”.
