The Best NFL Games of 2024 and How to Watch
The 2024 NFL schedule is finally here, including the best NFL games of 2024. Could the league have hyped it up any more? The NFL did some serious promotion on that NFL release, and the schedule officially dropped on Wednesday (May 15). Now, we have a tally of all the games on deck for the upcoming season, and there are some doozies. Get your snacks ready, because September is only a few months away. Here are some of the best NFL games of 2024 to watch this season.
The 5 Best NFL Games of 2024
5. Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys on Nov. 10 – 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS
These two teams have super passionate fans, and this game is going to be explosive. I’m curious to see how the Eagles bounce back this year, after their dismal end to the 2024 season.
4. Baltimore Ravens at Tampa Bay Buccaneers on ESPN and Los Angeles Chargers at Arizona Cardinals on ESPN+ on Oct. 21 – 8:15 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET
I actually don’t care for doubleheaders on Monday Night Football, because I like to catch every drip of action. But, there’s a big Monday Night Football double header on Oct. 21. The Baltimore Ravens at Tampa Bay Buccaneers game will be on ESPN, while the Los Angeles Chargers at Arizona Cardinals match will be on ESPN+.
3. Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving on Nov. 28 – 12:30 p.m. on CBS
The Detroit Lions always have a Thanksgiving Day game, and the team went from people saying they shouldn’t have it anymore, because of their poor record, to it being one of the biggest games of the season. The Detroit Lions have been hot for two years now, and they almost went to the Super Bowl last season. But, the Bears have a new quarterback in Caleb Williams. They’re looking to have a stellar season and don’t want the Lions to get in the way.
2. Baltimore Ravens at Kansas City Chiefs on Sept. 5 – 8:20 p.m. EST on NBC
This marks the first game of the regular season, and it’s going to be a good one. Many football experts and analysts, including me, thought the Ravens and Lamar Jackson would take out Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in last year’s AFC Championship game. But, that didn’t happen. Now, they’re at it again, to open the entire season.
1. Kansas City Chiefs at San Francisco 49ers on Oct. 20 – 1:25 p.m. PT on FOX
This is the ultimate Super Bowl rematch. Each year, it’s always a big draw when last season’s Super Bowl teams go at it again. The 49ers could get some redemption here, but my guess is that the Chiefs will win again. It’s certainly going to be one of the best NFL games of 2024.
