The cause of death for Rich Homie Quan has been revealed. 

According to the Fulton County medical examiner, the rapper, born Dequantes Devontay Lamar, passed away from the effects of fentanyl, alprazolam, promethazine, and codeine.  His death has been ruled an accident.
