Yep, you read that right.
Pabst Blue Ribbon may be off the shelves soon and people are devastated. Pabst Blue Ribbon has a lawsuit against MillerCoors alleging that they are trying to put PBR out of business.
The court documents state that MillerCoors is planning to end the partnership between the two. MillerCoors states that they don’t have the means to continue producing the 4-4.5 million barrels of PBR and that PBR isn’t paying them enough to warrant the deal. According to PBR, they are entirely dependent on MillerCoors for production and won’t be able to survive without them.
