UPDATE: Shooter at UNCC is in Custody
Three people have been shot at the University North Carolina Charlotte Tuesday afternoon in Charlotte. The shooter is in now in custody.
Shots fired were reported at about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday. near the Kennedy Building at UNCC, officials said. Police have arrived at the scene.
