Holiday Cookie Recipe
Have you had enough pie, cookies, and homemade pudding yet? Whatever your answer is, you still could use one more batch of sweet Christmas cookies for one of your holiday parties and gatherings. And tell everyone it’s your Grandma’s cookie recipe, and I swear they’ll eat more of them.
All you’ll need:
-
1 cup Sugar
-
1 cup butter
-
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-
1 egg
-
3 cups flour
-
1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
-
¼ teaspoon salt
Dump dry ingredients in a separate large bowl and mix wet ingredients in another bowl, then mix well, then cut out your favorite cookie shapes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookies on a cookie sheet and bake on 325 for 10 minutes or until brown. This recipe is so simple that you can even get the kids involved. Nothing makings better memories that a bunch of sugar, happy kids, and holiday cookies!
