What Census?
Okay, I know the Census was April 1st, but many of us are scattered all over the place trying to be safe and survive the pandemic and have forgotten to fill out those surveys. Do those surveys really matter? Poor people are still going to be poor because the powers that be will never allow their neighborhoods to thrive, but I digress.
The good news is that the deadline has been extended! Originally the deadline was July 31st, the new deadline for self-response is October 31st. What this means is that you have until Halloween to send in your paper survey or to use the online form they developed using the code sent on the paper copy for your residence. If you did not receive your paper copy and do not have a code to d the online form, there is another way. You can call the US Census to complete the survey. We are all locked up because of Covid-19, why not fill this out and get it done sooner rather than later, or we could have a cocktail instead, after all, it’s National Drink Day.
