Start Off Walking 10 Minutes
I feel your struggle if you’ve been working from home and got a little rusty with your workout routine while putting on a few pounds. Let’s do this together and walk for 10 minutes with ambition a day, so we can at least get those hips moving. Since the weather is warmer we absolutely have no excuse except procrastination. Consider leaving your wallet at home and using the mall as an indoor track or trek it in your neighborhood. You might see some familiar faces doing the same thing while losing some inches. If you refuse to leave the house, check your local marketplace for used workout equipment so you can walk and watch your favorite shows on Netflix. There are lots of videos online for all fitness levels. Find weekly live-streamed classes and even virtual one-on-one sessions, and you’ve got plenty to keep you occupied and active as we head into the summer months. Even house chores counts as exercise! From vacuuming the house to cleaning out the attic or basement and the closet packed with things that need to given to others in need. The goal is simply to get up off the couch and keep it movin!
