East Lincoln High School Raising Money For Mustang Wrestlers
In many high schools, wrestlers can compete in 14 different weight classes. The classes range from 106 lbs to the Heavyweight division which is up to 285 lbs. The East Lincoln High School Mustang Wrestlers are raising money to help offset the annual costs of running the program. Funds will go towards maintaining and purchasing new equipment. The equipment used can range from headgear to shoes, mouthguards, and more. Mark the calendars for March 18, 2023, at 3:00 PM in the new gym at East Lincoln High School.
The proceeds from the event will assist in offsetting the costs of a program that builds mental and physical strength, endurance, and character. The wrestling curriculum teaches how to overcome obstacles, manage emotions, and respect authority. Their fun event committee is hoping for an audience of up to 800 attendees. Raffles will include a variety of gift cards, family passes to baseball games, museums, theater shows, adventure parks, golf courses, gift baskets, and more.
