Charlotte Restaurant Week Returns with Over 100 Restaurants
Queen’s Feast, Charlotte’s biggest food celebration, is back Jan. 17-26, 2025. More than 100 local restaurants will serve special three-course meals ranging from $30 to $50. This foodie celebration reaches beyond Charlotte into 9 counties including Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Gaston. Hungry diners should reserve quickly through the event’s website — spots will fill up fast.
“As so many people continue to move into the Charlotte metro area, this is a prime opportunity for them to check out restaurant offerings in their new town or neighborhood,” said Bruce Hensley to Unpretentious Palate.
From Ballantyne to South End, restaurants will offer fixed-price menus. While tax and tips aren’t included, servers can expect better earnings from the influx of eager diners. New restaurants join familiar favorites this year. Three new spots are joining in this year: Azucar brings Cuban flavors, C&W offers premium steaks, and Napa Bistro serves wine in Stonecrest.
Since 2008, this twice-yearly event has filled restaurants during slower months. Jill Hensley notes, “Queen’s Feast has become more than just a ‘dining deal’ promotion — it pretty quickly grew into a rather festive, area-wide ‘event’ twice a year that diners greatly anticipate.”
Newcomers can sample Charlotte’s food scene, while locals can enjoy deals at their favorite places. It’s perfect for everyone’s taste buds and budget.
The website shows all restaurants by area. Check menus and dietary restrictions before booking — popular times get snapped up quickly.
