Possible UFO Sighting at The Outer Banks!

The below video was taken from a ferry off the coast of the Outer Banks by youtube user William Guy.
The video, at the time of this article, has over 1.4 million views! It shows what looks like a cluster of lights flying towards the ferry. I certainly don’t know what it is, do you think it’s a UFO?
