8Ball & MJG were honored in Memphis with an intersection named after the legendary duo.

8Ball said, “Thank you Memphis. Thank you Orange Mound. The love is appreciated!” He continued, “Never got many accolades so this hit different mane you hear me. Thank you @mayorpaulyoung @duprano and everyone that made this possible.” 

8Ball & MJG first hit the scene in 1993 with their debut album, “Comin Out Hard“. The pair frequently mentions the Orange Mound neighborhood in their songs, and now it is officially named after these legends.
