North Carolina Drivers Ranked Among the Best in Nation
It may not seem like when sitting in traffic, but North Carolina drivers were crowned as some of the best in the nation.
The Wallethub study looked at a few factors when scoring each city, ‘including safety, access to cars and congestion on roads.’ While North Carolina was highly scored on the cost of owning a car, maintenance, gas prices, and insurance premiums, it was also marked below average for traffic and infrastructure—a.k.a commute, and road conditions.
Currently, Raleigh holds the title as the most driver-friendly city in the nation, but Charlotte, Greensboro, and Winston Salem are not far behind in the top ten.
