LISTEN: Anderson.Paak Drops New Single ‘Cut Em In’ Featuring Rick Ross
On Friday (Aug. 14), Anderson.Paak dropped his new single “Cut Em In” featuring Rick Ross. “Cut Em In” is the follow up to .Paak’s last single “Lockdown” and the remix with J.I.D, Noname, and Jay Rock. Produced by Hit-Boy, G. Ry, and Corbett, the track is all about the artist’s finances and various types of relationships. The song, which has a rock feel, will be featured on the Madden NFL 21 soundtrack.

Ross comes through on the third verse. “Grew up havin’ nothin’, you labeled impatient (Huh)/But once the boss made it, you labeled amazin’/Meticulous with words, that’s your force of nature (Boss)/I don’t wanna seem absurd but the boy’s a gangster/Foc-focusin’ on me, way from Tel-Aviv (Tel-Aviv)/Barbados with the hustle, pockets,” Ross raps.
