Former South Carolina High School Teammates to Face Off in the Super Bowl
We all know the big game is on its way, but for South Carolina, things are a little different. Two former South Carolina high school teammates will meet once again in the Super Bowl. From teammates to now going against each other in the biggest game of the year.
Fort Dorchester High School in North Charleston, South Carolina will have two of its former players in the big game. Carlos Dunlap and Robert Quinn will be meeting each other once again at the Super Bowl on February 12, 2023. Live 5 News reports that the two have been fighting to make it to the Super Bowl since they got drafted and here they are about to face off. Both players were early-round draft picks picked in the first and second rounds. Not only did the two attend school in the Lowcountry, but they both return every year to host a youth camp at their alma mater. Dunlap will be holding it down for the Chiefs, while Quinn will represent the Eagles.
One of these players will be earning their first championship during the big game in less than two weeks. Who will be representing Charleston with a championship this year? As a proud Fort Dorchester alum, I cannot wait to watch these two face off. I know who I will be rooting for! How about you?
