Don Toliver Features Lil Uzi Vert In ‘Donny Darko’
Don Toliver recently released his fourth studio album, HARDSTONE PYSCHO. The 30-year-old Texas native then released a deluxe version on his website with four more songs. Initially, the singer-songwriter only made the songs available to purchase for $5 in order to hear them.
After a few days, Toliver made the four additional songs available for fans to download and stream as a “disk 5.” The way the artist has this album set up is in groupings of four songs at a time. The four new tracks are titled “ROCKSTAR GIRL,” “LOVE IS A DRUG,” “DONNY DARKO (feat. Lil Uzi Vert),” “and “GEEKED UP (feat. Yeat).”
Don Toliver Features Lil Uzi
When he asked fans on Instagram which of the four new tracks is their favorite, many listed his features “DONNY DARKO” with Lil Uzi Vert and “GEEKED UP” with Yeat. One person wrote: “The Uzi and Yeat features will feed generations.” Another fan said: “goated [goat emoji] uzi and yeat going CRAZY.” Added a third: “Donny Darco is so hard Uzi CANT miss [sobbing emoji, fist emoji].”
“DONNY DARKO” is under two minutes long but has a very strong energy, like most of Toliver’s new album. Right at the start, Uzi’s voice comes in to announce, “Yeah, yeah, yeah, give a f— about what you think. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I be laughing to the bank.” Toliver then comes in to sing about his clever alter ego from the iconic 2001 horror film Donnie Darko.
More fans over on X (formerly Twitter) shared the song and their ratings. One person praised, “saved my life greatest artist of my lifetime thank you uzi you’ve done it once again.” Another fan suggested, “only thing i wish is there were donny darko refs 🙁 amazing f—ing movie.” A third said, “im usually not a big fan on uzi but bro his verses on some features (JUGGERNAUT, DONNY DARKO) got me acting up.”

With his latest album out, fans have been asking the artist when he will announce his tour, but so far, there has been no word on if and when that will be. Toliver will be performing in Europe in July, with one US date at the end of August. His last tour was last year, headlining the Love Sick tour as well as joining Future on his One Big Party tour.
