BURPIE PRESENTS: COMEDIANS YOU SHOULD KNOW, NIKITA B
As a Director of Nursing and Nurse Consultant Nikita knows the woes of the healthcare system all too well. From dealing with challenging family members to having difficult conversations with staff members the stress of being a healthcare provider can be overwhelming and stressful within itself.
Having been by the bedside of an ill loved one to being the one that was responsible for someone else’s loved one’s care she knows both sides pf the spectrum. With healthcare executives and associates in mind Nikita has launched the “Laugh for the health of it”comedy tour in efforts to replenish the joy in those who find themselves giving of themselves to so many others.
In addition to this movement Nikita also extends what she calls #HopeDope to those who are in need of some good wholesome laughter. Laughter does the body good like a medicine and she likes to think that she’s the antidote. After all, it’s cheaper than a prescription and the side effects are amazing.
