Originally from Detroit, Clayton Thomas (or “CT” for short) made the move to Hollywood to make a name for himself as a quadruple threat: Writer, Comedian, Actor and Director. The adversity he faced early on in his career might have stopped some of the strongest people in their tracks but only allowed Clayton to realize who was truly in control of his life: God!
Clayton Thomas is an actor and comedian most well known for creating short humorous sketches for his Instagram account, teamclaytonthomas. He is also recognized for holding recurring roles in shows like Family Time, Clunkers, and Played by Fame
So far Clayton’s been blessed to perform in several radio, TV and film projects such as: “The Arsenio Hall Show,” Bounce TV’s “My Crazy Roommate,” Bounce TV’s “Off The Chain,” Jamie Foxx’s “Foxxhole Radio,” Jamie Foxx’s “Laffapalooza,” BET’s “Played By Fame,” Comicview’s “One Mic Stand” hosted by Kevin Hart, Mike Epps’ “Funny Bidness,” TV1’s “The Funny Spot,” the film “The Greatest Song” and 12 episodes of the-never-to-be-released-show “Clunkers”.
CT has recently written scripts for TV-One’s sitcom “Love That Girl” (season 4) and the animated pilot “The Slimbones,” He also ghost writes for some of the biggest names in comedy, performs stand-up all over the country plus overseas and is a regular in Los Angeles at The Hollywood Improv, The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, The J-Spot and The Comedy Union. He’s even produced & directed his own web series, “The Misadventures of Clayton Thomas” and has a vlog called 2 Minutes W/ Clayton Thomas. Mr. Thomas is well on his way to becoming one of the best in the business!
