MAC Cosmetics x Aaliyah Makeup Collaboration In Full Effect
MAC Cosmetics announced the design “collaboration,” for the singer who died in 2001.
This all began with a petition started on Change.org, and since it worked for Selena, fans of Aaliyah were hoping to make it happen.
“Aaliyah is truly one in a million—an unstoppable icon whose groundbreaking work in R&B music and film inspires us all,” MAC shared in their Instagram announcement. “Today we join her countless fans in celebrating her with the announcement of the M·A·C Aaliyah collection. You made it happen! Stay tuned in 2018.”
The shades, from what we can tell on Instagram, are inspired by some of the singer’s songs, so fans are now guessing which videos and songs inspired what shades.
