A New High-Rise Is Coming to Uptown Charlotte

The CLT skyline may be getting a new friend.
According to Charlotte city records, a 32-story apartment tower has been requested to start development in the northern section of Uptown.
Carolina Development Group NC filed a rezoning request last month. This location would host 320 residential units and at 5,000 square feet of commercial on the ground floor.
Pretty cool! One negative from this..we will probably have some new traffic too.
