Fully Cooked Pork Products Recall Issued Over Concerns Of Listeria
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety Commission issued a recall Sunday for over 234,000 pounds of pork over concerns of listeria. The recall impacts full cooked pork products from Alexander & Hornung which is part of Perdue. Additionally, some private label products are also impacted. It is mainly ham and pepperoni that are involved in the recall. The products were produced on various dates which are listed here. View labels here. No illnesses or cases have been reported from the products, the company issued the pork recall “out of an abundance of caution.”
