Could The NC Health Dept Be Dropping The Ball With Contacting Those Exposed To COVID
You know, WCNC ran a story that talked about the possible gaps in notifying those that have been exposed to COVID, and as crazy as it sounds, I am not surprised at their findings.
They interviewed a brother and sister. The sister was diagnosed with COVID. At first, I said, maybe the breakdown is that they didn’t ask her who she’s been around or maybe get an accurate list? Then I thought, well maybe they didn’t have the right information? Then I’m like, yo, I’m giving them excuses. There are none! The young lady stated, according to WCNC, that she was asked for her brother’s name, but not his contact information.
I’m honestly assuming that they assumed she was going to tell her brother and boom! That, my friends, is not proper notification, IF, that’s what happened. It seems to be, because her brother stated, according to WCNC, that he did not receive any call from the health department. This has got to be crazy! SMH.
