They are genre specific (and I mean very specific). Now to access them you do have to use a web browser and not the app. But you can easily download one for your smart tv or firestick device. From there to use the code and visit each genre’s webpage, just use the address http://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/ and input the four-digit code at the end. So you’d put http://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/1234 if the genre you are trying to access was (1234). This will take you an inventory of every Netflix movie under that specific category, helping you narrow down what may interest you.
